The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in New York (TECO-NY), the Academic Council on the United Nations System (ACUNS), and the Global Island Partnership (GLISPA) co-hosted a seminar on the 'Post-2015 Development Agenda, Climate Change and Island Partnership,' at the TECO-NY office on 22 September 2014, from 2-5 pm. The seminar explored the intersections between the negotiation on the post-2015 development agenda, the UN Secretary-General's Climate Summit, and the International Year of Small Island Developing States (SIDS) in 2014. 
 
Speakers included Ambassador Wen-Liang Change of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in NYC; Dr. Alistair Edgar, the Executive Director of the Academic Council on the UN System;and Dr. Maria Ivanova, Professor at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
